AT THE LIBRARY:

•Main library, 900 Library Plaza, will offer “Inkblots and Imagination” for home-schoolers at 2 p.m. Wednesday and at 6:30 p.m. for families. “Puppet-Palooza,” will be presented for home-schoolers at 2 p.m. Thursday.

•The Aboite branch, 5630 Coventry Lane, will have “Art for Home-school Teens” at 10:30 a.m. today. “Art for Home-schoolers” will be offered at 2 a.m. Thursday.

•The Grabill branch, 13521 State St., Grabill, will make Valentine’s Day cards all day Tuesday.

•The New Haven branch, 648 Green St., will have “Art Academy” at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

AWARDED: Bishop Luers High School Show Choir, Minstrels, earned grand champion at the Bishop Dwenger Show Choir Invitational. The Minstrels also received best vocals, and senior Loften Drew was recognized as dynamic performer.

CALL FOR ENTRIES: Garrett Museum of Art, Garrett, is accepting entries for its upcoming fourth annual members exhibit. The exhibit will run from March 16 to May 4 and is open to artists of DeKalb, Noble, Steuben and Allen counties. For details, contact Mark Ober at mober@gkb.k12.in.us.

SHIVE APPEARING AT MARKETPLACE: Fort Wayne native Wayne Shive, the maker of Best Boy & Co. Hot Fudge Sauces, BBQ Sauces and Spice Blends, will be showing his work during the Indiana Artisan Marketplace at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, March 31 and April 1.
