The Mad Ants extended their losing streak to five Sunday with a 118-87 blasting from Springfield at Memorial Coliseum.
The Ants (10-21) played arguably their worst half of the season when they fell behind 73-41 after the first two quarters. And it was all over from there.
The 31-point loss was the worst of the season, surpassing the 21-point setback it had at Canton on Friday.
It was the fifth win in a row for Springfield (18-13).
Devan Downey led the Ants with 20 points.
