Fort Wayne (29-14-2) remains tied with Evansville atop the Turner Conference.

Bloomington’s Jason Dale made it 3-1 on a short-handed breakaway at 12:38 of the third period, but Fort Wayne’s Jamie Lovell answered with a blue-line shot.

After Granbois’ second goal, defenseman Jamie Milam answered with a power-play goal.

Fort Wayne’s Nick Boucher stopped 28 of 32 shots. Bloomington’s Brian Mahoney-Wilson stopped 22 of 25.

The teams meet again Tuesday at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
