Verdell Jones III is expected to return for No. 18 IU (19-6, 7-6 Big Ten). The senior guard has missed the last two games because of a shoulder injury.

Northwestern's Reggie Hearn, a Snider graduate, is averaging 7.5 points and 3.5 rebounds.

The Wildcats' (15-9, 5-7) three-game losing streak ended Sunday at Purdue. IU has won two in a row.
