Grant averaged 11.5 points and 5.3 assists in conference play. The 6-foot-5 sophomore, who was eligible for the rookie team because he didn’t play last season, averaged 12.5 points and 4.9 assists for the season.
The No. 20 Irish (21-10, 13-5) finished third in the conference, earning them a double bye in the Big East tournament. Notre Dame starts play in the tourney at 9 p.m. Thursday.
