  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Shooter's Comments: I shot a photo illustration of a story about what to keep in a baby's medicine cabinet. This was really easy, considering I had a cute little subject and a mother with the supplies ready at hand.

I had the baby sit on the ground with random products around him. With babies, anything can happen, so I just spent time making funny sounds and playing peek-o-boo and he smiled at me, he looked at me funny, and then he kind of started looking in the basket of goodies, so I went with it. I thought, in the end, I got a nice little image for the story.
