    The D-League will hold its annual national tryouts June 15 in New York. The one-day event will see 200 hopefuls in full-court games in front of team executives, coaches and scouts.
  • Howard, Smith work at Development League camp
    Mad Ants guard Ron Howard and center Tommy Smith accepted invitations to the NBA Development League Elite Mini Camp, which started Monday and runs through Tuesday in Chicago.
  • Record year for D-League
    It wasn't only the Mad Ants that made 2012-13 their best season; the rest of the NBA Development League had a record-setting year, as well.

Ants lose to Maine

The Mad Ants lost to Maine for the fifth consecutive time this season, and the fourth straight on the Memorial Coliseum floor Thursday, 114-104.

The Ants (11-28) never led and trailed 40-23 at the end of the first quarter.

Charles Garcia led the Ants in scoring with 19 points and had 13 rebounds, while Cameron Jones had 18 points and Anthony Goods had 17.

Morris Almond ripped the Ants for 37 points, and Kenny Hayes had 25 points and 15 rebounds.
