The seasonal service between Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) and Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) will begin on Thursday, May 17, 2012, but travelers can already begin booking their vacations.

Allegiant will operate two flights per week, departing FWA on Thursdays and Sundays at 3:40 p.m. and arriving at MYR at 5:15 p.m. Return service from MYR will depart at 6:00 p.m. and arrive into FWA at 7:40 p.m.

The service has been very successful – over 17,000 Allegiant passengers have flown between the two airports since the route began. Home to world-class golf, 60 miles of sandy beaches, exciting entertainment and family attractions and Southern hospitality, the Myrtle Beach area is the ideal vacation experience welcoming nearly 14 million visitors annually.
