Sage blooms after being indoors all winter.

Sage blooms at the first sign of spring

Crocuses bloom early this year.

This warm weather reminds me that I need to start my plants from seeds indoors for this summer. Meanwhile, I have been taking potted herbs outside for just a little time each day that it is warm and getting and getting them used to the sun and the great outdoors.

I bring my herbs in for the winter and nurse them along. By about this time they seem to really need good sunlight and fresh air.

After a short time outside, my sage has decide to bloom along with the crocuses that are also now in bloom. I am going to collect seeds from these blooms to grow more sage.
