    The Cincinnati LaSalle vs. Bishop Dwenger high school football game will kick off tonight at 7 p.m. instead of the scheduled 7:30 p.m. time, according to Saints coach Chris Svarczkopf.
  • Homestead QB to return
    Homestead senior quarterback Logan Ormsby will delay any medical procedures on his injured foot until the end of the season and is expected to start today, coach Chad Zolman said.

Norwell leads by 12 at halftime

HUNTINGTON – Norwell raced out to a 17-point lead early in the second quarter, withheld a brief Mishawaka Marian run, and scored four points in the last 1:04 of the half to take a 40-28 halftime lead in the Class 3A semistate championship game.

The Knights have hit 16 of 28 shots in the half, including 6 of 11 from three-point range.

Josh VanMeter leads Norwell with 12 poits, while Kyle Fillman and Garrett Bucher have eight each.

Demetrius Jackson has 14 points for Mishawaka Marian.
