CHL announces All-Rookie team

The Central Hockey League announced today its All-Rookie Team for the 2011-12 season, selected through balloting of CHL head coaches.

In a statement, the league said this year’s team is comprised of forwards Jared Brown of Quad City, Andrew Courtney of Missouri and Mike Ullrich of Tulsa; defensemen Dylan King of Allen and Jeff Terminesi of Tulsa; and goaltender Mark Guggenberger of Texas.

It said the all-CHL team would be announced later today and the CHL's Man of the Year, for which Komet Brent Henley is a finalist, would be announced Tuesday.
