Fort Wayne – ARTISAN MARKETPLACE: Artists and food artisans will be featured at the Indiana Artisan Marketplace at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 31 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 1. Local entrepreneurs include Joe Pelka, Kristy Beber, Jennifer Cameron and Wayne Shive, all of Allen County; Kalista Johnston of DeKalb County; and Terry Armstrong of Kosciusko County.
