Amazing atmosphere

TROTWOOD, Ohio -- It's kind of bittersweet if this is the last home game for the Dayton Gems because the atmosphere is great . The fans are lined up for "Pack the House Night" and it's supposed to be a sellout.

And one thing I will say for coming to Hara Arena -- the staff is so friendly and accomodating to the fans who come.

For the Komets, who are one point up in the Turner Conference with two games remaining, this game is crucial. Nick Boucher came out first, so it looks as if he's getting the start. The Komets need to get him ready for the playoffs, though I really think we might see Gerry Festa at some point in the postseason.

Remember, we did see Tim Haun and Kevin Reiter in the postseason the last two years.

I'm here all night, so I'll check back in frequently. And remember, I'm tweeting @jgkomets.

Oh, and Brent Henley is out for warm-ups.
