The series between Evansville and Missouri begins today. I'm picking Missouri in five. I haven't been a believer in the IceMen all season long. I'm just not big on their make-up. And they went 4-9-0 to close the regular season, when they could have run away with the Turner Conference.

In case you're wondering where that comes from, it's from Greg Rajan. And here's a reminder that you can check me out on his podcast by clicking here.
Also on that podcast is Brian Sandalow, who covers Rio Grande Valley, and he's got an interesting blog you can read by clicking here. I'm not going to say the Killer Bees are the most talented team, but they did what they needed to do to get into the postseason. And let's not forget, the Komets had a pretty weak schedule down the stretch, too, and they didn't exactly light it up until last weekend.
