  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Chancellor Michael Wartell looks at a couple big head images of himself that IPFW students Amy Dalton, left, Olivia Stoody, Bradley Crowe, and Luke Barnhart held during a special recognition ceremony Wednesday. The heads were printed up as part of "I Like Mike Week" along with t-shirts that also had his likeness. Chancellor Wartell is retiring from IPFW this summer.

Shooter's Comments:

IPFW's Indiana-Purdue Student Government Association held a special recognition ceremony for Chancellor Michael Wartell. Chancellor Wartell is retiring this summer.

When I saw students with huge heads of the chancellor, I knew that I had to take a photo. Then, Chancellor Wartell walked past, which made the shot even better.

I had the exposure on manual mode because sometimes I had to shoot at an angle that had a lot of bright backlight.
