An Auburn driver was arrested on a felony drug charge Saturday evening after a traffic stop, according to a DeKalb County Sheriff's Department report.
Kim R. Klinker, 54, was stopped by police on County Road 427 north of County Road 72 at 6:23 p.m. in her Oldsmobile Alero, the report said. An Auburn Police Department dog alerted officers to the presence of narcotics and a search yielded a small amount of heroin in the car, the report said.
Klinker was arrested on a charge of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, a Class D felony, police said. She was taken to the DeKalb County Jail and released on bond later in the evening, the report said.
The Auburn Police Department assisted the sheriff's department with the investigation.
