TinCaps lead after six innings

Fort Wayne leads Dayton 4-1 after six innings Tuesday at Parkview Field. Zach Kometani hit a three-run home run in the fourth inning. Justin Miller added an RBI double in the fifth. Miller is 3 for 3 with a single, triple and the double.

Fort Wayne pitcher Adys Portillo struck out nine in 4 2/3 innings. He left with an undisclosed injury.

Ryan Wright, a Homestead graduate, is 1 for 4 for Dayton.
