Relive excitement of a stellar game

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- The Komets' 5-4 double-overtime victory over the Missouri Mavericks was one of the most exciting games I've ever covered. I think you will enjoy this, and I recommend you watch the whole thing to see the hit reel at the end.

And, yes, it is true that the Mavericks' general manager was yelling some things toward me during his own coach's press conference. I wasn't paying much attention, but it was something about conspiracies. Which is funny, since I've said I don't think there's been much of a conspiracy because the CHL can't control what the referees do on the ice. Besides, referee Boone Bruggman is the one ref I haven't even mentioned. If you are worrying about me, you've lost your focus, that's what I think. But, again, if you think the CHL ruled fairly in discipline matters during the last series, you are nuts.
