Officials named for Wichita series

The Central Hockey League has named three referees and five linesmen to officiate the Presidents' Cup Finals between the Komets and the Wichita Thunder.

The league said in a statement it had selected referees Boone Bruggman, Marc-Andre Lavoie and Peter Tarnaris, and linesmen Kyle DeMaggio, John Grandt, Bill McGoldrick, Shaun Morgan and Cory Piche.

It's the first CHL finals for all three referees and for four of the five linesmen, the statement said. Grandt has been named to the finals three years in a row.
