Cart before horse

It's a little more than two hours before gametime and they are just finishing breaking down the Saint Francis commencement furnishings.

I would expect the ice will not be good tonight.

I must say, I think everyone has put the cart way before the horse, even if the Komets have a 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven Presidents' Cup finals.

I do think the Komets will win, but really, the team is selling brooms, every media outlet in town is acting like this thing is over, the fans are tailgating.

Based on what I saw out of Wichita in the 7-3 Game 3 loss, I don't see the Thunder coming out all that hard. But when there's a big crowd, teams do weird things. I've seen road teams act like it was their biggest game of the season and the Komets come out tight.

You just never know.
