The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Grant McComb, 27, of the 8300 block of Notestine Road, was booked at 11:05 a.m. May 7 on charges of strangulation and battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Quantae Jackson, 18, of the 4800 block of Gaywood Drive, was booked at 11:19 a.m. May 7 on charges of possession of a firearm on school property and carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Ronald Buchanan, 43, of the 3100 block of Maumee Avenue, was charged May 7 with two counts of battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Derrick Catacan, 18, of the 2700 block of Millbrook Drive, was charged May 7 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Brock Mathews, 21, of Brazil, was charged May 7 with theft, possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief and failure to stop after an accident. He was being held in lieu of $6,500 bail.

Qytae Cooper, 20, of the 7300 block of Treverton Court, was charged May 7 with possession of a handgun without a license and marijuana possession. He was being held on $10,750 bail.

Kenny Grabach, 27, of the 2700 block of Castle Drive, was charged May 7 with dealing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $202,500 bail.

Terry Dowell, 36, of the 300 block of West Superior Street, was charged May 7 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jose Espimola, 40, of the 2700 block of Beadell Street, was booked at 5:12 p.m. May 7 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jeremiah Jones, 34, of the 1000 block of West Dupont Road, was booked at 6:46 p.m. May 7 on charges of battery and criminal recklessness. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Howard Moore, 33, of the 6400 block of Covington Road, was booked at 9:42 a.m. May 8 on charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Matthew Jones, 32, of the 1900 block of Spy Run Avenue, was booked at 9:52 a.m. May 8 on a charge of operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.

Adrian Johnson, 39, of the 9000 block of Hickory Glen Trail, was booked at 12:54 p.m. May 8 on charges of marijuana possession and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $750 bail.

Karon Elders, 31, of Chicago, was charged May 8 with strangulation, pointing a firearm and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Scott Martin, 42, of the 1600 block of Southhill Drive, was booked at 11:46 p.m. May 8 on charges of strangulation and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Eric Culbertson, 36, of the 2800 block of Cambridge Boulevard, was booked at 9:34 a.m. May 9 on a domestic battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Joshua Paff, 29, of the 2500 block of Hensch Street, was booked at 11:18 a.m. May 9 on charges of cocaine possession and driving with a suspended license. He was being held without bail.

Jethro Price, 33, of the 900 block of Rivermet Avenue, was charged May 9 with residential entry, theft, invasion of privacy, interference with the reporting of a crime and criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $7,250 bail.

Jarrell Haralson, 19, of the 1000 block of Buchanan Street, was booked at 10:57 p.m. May 9 on a charge of receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nicole R. McBride, 20, of Willshire, Ohio, was booked at 11:15 a.m. Thursday on charges of domestic battery, battery and criminal recklessness. She was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Sara Lee Dutting, 44, of the 1100 block of Runnion Avenue, was booked at 11:38 a.m. Thursday on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. She was released on her own recognizance.

Benjamin J. Vinson, 30, of Zanesville, was booked at 11:46 a.m. Thursday on a charge of driving with a suspended license and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher L. Smith, 29, of the 1200 block of Seddlemeyer Avenue, was booked at 11:55 a.m. Thursday on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his owned recognizance.

Rigoberto Madrigal-Martinez, 26, of the 5400 block of Southern Court, was booked at 12:08 p.m. Thursday on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Ricardo Gonzalez-Abrejo, 39, of the 2900 block of Bowser Avenue, was booked at 12:28 p.m. Thursday on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jared D. Starkey, 19, of the 7400 block of Cold Springs Boulevard, was booked at 12:48 p.m. Thursday on a theft charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kadi Meyer, 24, was charged Thursday with prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession and two counts of dealing cocaine. She was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

James Buroff, 46, of the 1200 block of Park Avenue, was charged Thursday with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Reginald Porter, 28, of the 900 block of Oxford Street, was charged Thursday with strangulation and interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Adam Garza, 28, of the 400 block of Poplar Street, was charged Thursday with domestic battery, criminal confinement, interference with the reporting of a crime and possession of a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $6,500 bail.

Joann Moreno, 56, of the 700 block of Ewing Street, was charged Thursday May 10 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Cheryl Perkins, 45, of New Haven, was charged Thursday May 10 with invasion of privacy. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Anthony Martin, 32, of the 200 block of East Hoover Drive, was booked at 2:49 p.m. Thursday May 10 on charges of strangulation and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Russell Young, 35, of the 1300 block of West Walden Road, was booked at 3:25 p.m. Thursday May 10 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Raymond Moon, 67, of New Haven, was booked at 11:54 p.m. Thursday May 10 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jonathon Niswonger, 32, of the 5100 block of Golfview Drive, was booked at 2:19 a.m. Friday on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Robert Flippen, 58, of the 1700 block of Illinois Street, was booked at 6:53 p.m. Friday on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Chad Fulk, 31, of Albion, was booked at 9:57 a.m. Monday on a methamphetamine possession charge. He was being held without bail.
