Alejandro Segovia hit two home runs for Bowling Green in a 14-7 victory against the TinCaps in front of 4,034 fans Monday at Parkview Field.

Key inning: The TinCaps scored three runs in the fourth inning to take a 4-1 lead. The Hot Rods answered with three of their own in the top of the fifth to tie the game. Ten batters came to bat for Bowling Green during a five-run sixth inning.
Key out: No out summed up Fort Wayne's day better than when Segovia, Bowling Green's catcher, made a snap throw to first base to throw out Mike Gallic to end the fifth inning.
Bright spots: Duanel Jones had two doubles and two RBI for the TinCaps. Lee Orr hit his sixth home run of the season.
