Wednesday's game between Fort Wayne and Great Lakes is tied at 1 after six innings at Parkview Field.

Fort Wayne starting pitcher Frank Garces went five innings. He gave up one run on five hits. He struck out eight and walked three. He will not factor in the decision. Garces has not won since April 21.
