Irish added defensive end to 2013 class

Notre Dame landed another defensive commitment for its 2013 recruiting class Thursday.

Isaac Roschell, a defensive end from Eagles Landing Christian Academy in McDonough, Ga., went public with his decision to join the Irish on Twitter.

The four-star prospect posted on his Twitter account (@bigisaac78): "Glad to be Irish#irishmob13 #ndnation."

Roschell's oral commitment comes five days after the Irish land Bishop Luers linebacker Jaylon Smith, a five-star prospect who announced his decision Saturday.

Roschell is a 6-foot-5, 260-pound defensive end is ranked the No. 140 prospect in the ESPN 150 and the No. 12 at his position. He is rated the 88th recruit in the nation by Rivals.com and brings the Irish's recruiting class up to 14 members.
