The Fort Wayne Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of theft and fraud.About 12:30 p.m.An outage has left 2,124 Indiana Michigan Power customers in Allen County without electricity, the utility's website said at 10 p.m.
An emergency disptacher said a vehicle crash at the intersection of Red Oak Drive and St. Joe Center Road in northeast Fort Wayne caused the outage.
Power is expected to be restored by 10:30 p.m., the dispatcher said.
