The evening of May 24, Aaron A. McAtee walked into the CVS at 2811 Getz Road and put a note on the pharmacy counter that said ROBBERY NOW and listed certain medications, court documents stated.
McAtee told a pharmacist, Give me everything on the list, and no one gets hurt. I have a gun, However, McAtee never showed a gun, court papers said.
McAtee threatened to hurt the pharmacist and told him to hurry as he retrieved drugs for him. McAtee then left the store with the drugs, according to court papers.
