Fort Wayne leads South Bend 6-3 after six innings Sunday at Parkview Field.

The TinCaps scored twice in the fifth inning to take a 4-3 lead. Duanel Jones scored on a throwing error. Jace Peterson scored on a sacrifice fly.

Donavan Tate hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning to extend the lead to 6-3.
