Fort Wayne tied after three innings

Thursday's game between Fort Wayne and Lansing is tied at 1 after three innings Thursday at Parkview Field.

K.C. Hobson knocked in Kevin Pillar with a double in the second inning for Lansing's run.

Fort Wayne's Yeison Asencio was called out at the plate trying to score on a single by Duanel Jones in the second inning.

But Asencio used his bat to get the team a run in the third. He singled to right with two outs, driving home Kyle Gaedele.

The run snapped Fort Wayne's scoreless streak at 18 innings.
