MIDDLETOWN, Ohio – A 27-year-old southwest Ohio woman has died after reportedly being run over and dragged by a sport utility vehicle when her arm got caught in a seat belt.
Authorities said the mother of three died Monday of injuries suffered Sunday. The Middletown Journal reports (http://bit.ly/NLqVMJ) that Christina Dunn’s husband says Dunn was arguing with a man who took money for a painting job but never did the work.
Police say the man drove away, but Dunn’s arm was entangled, and she was run over by a front tire.
Police charged 23-year-old Dustin Watkins with fleeing the scene of an accident and other counts. A passenger, 31-year-old Maria Misquez, was charged with complicity to fleeing the scene.
They were in jail Tuesday morning. No attorney information was available.
