TinCaps open second half

The opponent at Parkview Field is the Lake County Captains, who were 31-38 in the first half.

Frank Garces (2-4, 2.88 ERA) is the starting TinCaps pitcher, and Felix Sterling (3-5, 5.70) starts for Lake Coumty.

Right-handed pitcher Matt Stites was reinstated from the disabled list. The 22-year-old was placed on the disabled list June 8, retroactive to June 6. In 17 games this year, he has a 1-0 record with a 0.89 ERA. He also has five saves.
