Fort Wayne blanks Lake County

Adys Portillo and two relievers combined for a four-hit shutout as the TinCaps topped Lake County 4-0 in front of 7,526 fans Saturday at Parkview Field.

Fort Wayne scored all four runs in the first inning. Lee Orr drew a bases loaded walk. Yeison Asencio drove in a run with a ground out. Duanel Jones had a two-run single.

Portillo surrendered three hits in six innings for the victory.
