Foot Traffic

  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Tricia Siegar chose box #3 in the What's In The Box promotion and won a marriage proposal from Jarod Schwartz after the 3rd inning of the TinCaps game, Monday. She said yes.

Shooter's Comments:

This took me by surprise, obviously. I was on my way out of the dugout and headed for the car, when I heard the PA announcer say she'd won a marriage proposal. I turned around, pulled the camera from my shoulder and got what I could. This would have been much better from the other direction, to get her reaction. Maybe next time the TinCaps will let me know, in advance.
