Key hit(s): Tyler Stubblefield hit a two-run homer in the sixth to tie the game at 3. Duanel Jones gave the TinCaps a one-run lead with a home run in the seventh. Yeison Asencio added a three-run homer later in the inning.

Drought over: The TinCaps had gone 10 straight games without a home run.

Bullpen: James Needy pitched three scoreless innings out of the bullpen for the victory. He struck out two and gave up three hits.
