  • Wabash College graduates 10 from northeast Indiana
    Ten northeast Indiana students received bachelor of arts degrees from Wabash College on May 18 during the 176th commencement exercise.They are:
  • Campbell, Brooke Elizabeth
    Brooke Elizabeth Campbell of Warsaw has received a bachelor of science degree in psychology, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma State University, the Stillwater, Oklahoma-based university said in a statement.
  • DeRosa, Joseph
    Joseph DeRosa of Fort Wayne has graduated from Wake Forest University, the Winston Salem, North Carolina, university has announced.

St. Mary's College: 14 area students on spring Dean's List

Fourteen northeast Indiana students have been named to the Dean's List at Saint Mary's College for the spring semester, the college has announced.

To earn academic honors at Saint Mary's, a student must achieve a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.6 on a four-point scale, have at least 12 graded credit hours, no incompletes and no grades lower than a C, the Notre Dame, Ind.-based college said in a statement.

Qualifying area students are:

  • Bluffton: Abilgail Burgan;
  • Decatur: Victoria Darling;
  • Fort Wayne: Brianne Carroll, Erin Cox, Paige Edmonds, Emily Krach, Megan Krouse, Celeste Norris, Colleen Quigley, Hannah Reeg, Kathryn Schultheis;
  • Huntington: Jordan Bartrom, Alexandra Zahm;
  • Roanoke: Caryn Garton.
