Police arrested a man Tuesday after finding him in a Warsaw motel room with more than 13 ounces of marijuana, according to the Warsaw Police Department.
While at the Economy Inn, 3521 Lake City Highway, for another police matter, officers smelled burnt marijuana coming from a room.
Officers arrested Blaine Sawyer, 44, of Edwardsburg, Mich., and seized more than 13 ounces of marijuana, an undisclosed amount of cash and a vehicle, police said.
Sawyer was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a felony charge of dealing marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance Thursday.
