Purdue senior defensive tackle Kawann Short and junior cornerback Ricardo Allen were named to watch list for the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, which goes to the nation's top defensive player.

Short was also named the watch list for the Outland Trophy, which honors the top interior lineman in the country.
