  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Sophia Kartje, 4, chases bubbles as the country band Sugar Shot performs at Lunch on the Square. The weekly event at One Summit Square starts at 11:30 a.m. Thursdays through August.

Shooter's Comments: This took a long time to develop, at One Summit Square, Thursday. I kept an eye on Sophia for a while, hoping she'd start dancing to the music of Sugar Shot. Eventually a family friend started blowing bubbles for her to chase around the plaza. A cute photo, but it would have been better if a large bubble was visible.
