Even though Americans opposed the health care mandate by 64 percent, one man had the power to enact it.

This is so opposed to the will of the majority, and is too important to have only one person decide.

It is now time for term limits for the U.S. Supreme Court, so the will of the people can be felt in such cases. A term of six years will keep the court evolving with fresh justices.
