Fourth Cebolla's scheduled to open

Fort Wayne's fourth Cebolla's Mexican Grill is slated to open in two months, says Alejandro Druan, the manager at the Cebolla's on Fernhill Avenue.

The new restaurant, which Duran estimates will open in two months, will take the spot of the former Blu City Tavern at 2787 Maplecrest Road. Before it was the tavern, the building housed the Blu Tomato, which opened in October 2002.

It has also housed Banana's Steak House and Ernie's Steakhouse.

Cebolla's restaurants can be found at 236 Fernhill Ave., 5930 W. Jefferson Blvd. and 602 E. Dupont Road.
