TinCaps lead after 6

Since we last spoke after the third inning, TinCaps left fielder and No. 9 hitter Kyle Gaedele has led off two innings - the fourth and the sixth. And both times he's hammered line drive home runs, as the TinCaps own a 5-1 lead over South Bend at Parkview Field.

Gaedele's first homer of the night was a line shot down the left field line, and his second was mostly to straight-away left field. They were only his third and fourth home runs of the season.

So far the linescore is 1 run, 4 hits and 0 errors for South Bend, and 5 runs, 9 hits and 1 error for the TinCaps.
