TinCaps trail after 3 innings

Not exactly your pitcher's duel after three innings at Parkview Field.

In a game that has seen 10 hits, two walks and four errors, South Bend leads the TinCaps 4-2 after three.

As expected, starting Fort Wayne pitcher Chris Fetter left after three innings. He gave up six hits and struck out three. Coming in to start the fourth inning was James Jones.

The TinCaps' two runs came in the first inning when Mike Gallic reached on an error by the second baseman, Yeison Asencio doubled him in, and Asencio scored on Duanel Jones' single to right.
