For Kosciusko County sheriffs deputies, a domestic dispute call Sunday turned into a drug investigation with one arrest and the seizure of 11 pounds of marijuana in the trunk of a car.
Deputies pulled over 35-year-old Travis James Johnson about 6 p.m. after being told of a possible rolling domestic dispute involving the Warsaw man in the area of County Road 200 North and Bell Drive in Warsaw.
Johnson was found to have a suspended license. A deputy also found a bag of marijuana while searching him, according to the sheriffs department.
Police impounded Johnsons car, and inside deputies found another bag of marijuana, portable scales and a package containing 11.4 pounds of marijuana.
Johnson was arrested and preliminarily charged with intent to deal marijuana and driving while suspended.
Johnson is being held without bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.
