The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Frederick Pearson, 32, of 4300 block of Reed Street, was charged July 12 with possession of marijuana and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Javier Ortiz-Servin, 38, of the 1500 block of Paulding Road, was charged July 12 with driving while suspended and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Bruce Currington, 32, was charged July 12 with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher Palevich, 34, of the 10800 block of Patrician Place, was booked at 9:42 a.m. July 13 on a charge of failing to stop after an accident and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $25,750 bail.

Tyrone McKinney, 24, of the 2000 block of Bayer Avenue, was charged July 13 with burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Johnny Martin, 48, of the 4400 block of Lafayette Street, was charged July 13 with operating a vehicle after a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jose Tamez, 49, of Pharr, Texas, was charged July 13 with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Willie Smith, 42, of the 3000 block of Winter Street, was charged July 13 with battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Walter Moore, 46, of Bluffton, was booked at 10:53 p.m. July 13 on charges of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.
