Eric L. Willis, 46, of the 400 block of Williams Street, was booked at 1:10 a.m. July 18 on charges of violating probation and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond.

Johnathon Dever, 22, of the 1900 block of Crescent Avenue, was booked at 9:54 a.m. July 18 on charges of marijuana possession and operating a vehicle after never having received a license. He was released on his own recognizance.

Eric Taylor, 23, of the 6600 block of Maywood Circle, was booked at 10:11 a.m. July 18 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Ronnie Williams, 21, of the 2800 block of Canterbury Boulevard, was booked at 11:05 a.m. July 18 on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Frederick Bruner, 66, of the 4000 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged July 18 with failing to register as an offender. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Jennifer Malott, 34, of the 9400 block of Acacia Passage, was charged July 18 with battery and criminal mischief. She was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Nicholas Norman, 19, of the 1800 block of Folsom Lane, was charged July 18 with three counts of theft. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Ron Lengacher, 27, of Leo-Cedarville, was charged July 18 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Brandon Kell, 28, of the 4000 block of Hoagland Avenue, was booked at 6:01 p.m. July 18 on charges of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bail.

John Burns, 34, of Huntington, was booked at 9:50 a.m. July 19 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kurtis Wisel, 29, of Roanoke, was booked at 11:04 a.m. July 19 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jason Wilson, 35, of the 7000 block of Hunters Glen, was booked at 11:05 a.m. July 19 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Michael Billingsley, 28, of the 3300 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was booked at 11:16 a.m. July 19 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Rodney Clark, 28, of the 5900 block of Bunt Drive, was booked at 11:24 a.m. July 19 on charges of marijuana possession and reckless driving. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Scott Shoesmith, 36, of the 10700 block of Lone Tree Place, was booked at 11:30 a.m. July 19 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Orville Helton, 28, of the 400 block of High Street, was booked at 11:34 a.m. July 19 on charges of auto theft, theft, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Trudy Cook, 52, of Nappanee, was booked at 11:48 a.m. July 19 on an arson charge. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Heather Lovely, 27, of Ashley, was booked at 11:54 a.m. July 19 on two counts of theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Michael Doucet, 20, of New Haven, was booked at 12:05 p.m. Thursday July 19 on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Anthony Burgette, 22, of the 500 block of Copperfield Drive, was booked at 3:23 p.m. July 19 on charges of battery and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Shannon Thomas, 42, of the 2900 block of Euclid Avenue, was charged July 19 with three counts of battery. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

John Mazurak, 64, of the 3200 block of Lima Road, was charged July 19 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Rodolfo Diaz, 31, of the 2200 block of Paulding Road, was charged July 19 with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, invasion of privacy, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possessing a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $21,500 bail.

Christopher Cook, 29, of the 4100 block of Monument Drive, was charged with marijuana possession, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Jonah Bragg, 30, was charged July 19 with failing to register as an offender. He was held without bond.

Jeffrey Shoemaker, 31, was charged July 19 with three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Gerald Gallagher, 27, of the 7100 block of Stellhorn Road, was booked at 6:03 p.m. July 19 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
