A few thoughts

OK, get me rewrite. This script is too ridiculous to stand as is.

Andrew Luck throws a 63-yard touchdown pass on his first official snap as a pro? Seriously?

Yeeaaah, OK. Next I suppose you're gonna tell me he threw another six later on, finished 10 of 16 for 188 yards, and that the Colts won their first preseason game 38-3 over the Rams.

Truthfully, all that really did happen. But before you start handing the Lombardi Trophy to the Horsies and commissioning Luck's Canton bust, a couple of thoughts:

1. It was preseason.

2. It was the Rams.

3. It was the Rams in the preseason.

Yes, you've got to love the way Luck looked, physically, mentally and in every other way. And props to the local guy, Chandler Harnish, who was 3 for 3 for 52 yards and a touchdown in his debut.

The guy can play, as I've been saying forever. And clearly Luck's command of the offense is already near total.

But .... remember:

1. It's preseason.

2. It was the Rams.

3. It was the Rams in the preseason.

That is all.
