Foot Traffic

  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.
Swikar Patel - The Journal Gazette
A note from management hangs inside the entryway at the Pizza Hut on East State Boulevard Monday afternoon where a picture dedicating the store's opening back on July 20, 1972 used to hang.

Something That Isn't There

Camera: NIKON D3S

Shutter: 1/100 s

Aperture: f/2.8

Exposure Setting: Manual (Pattern Metering)

ISO: 3200

Strobe Flash: Did Not Fire

Lens Focal Length: 30 mm

White Balance: Auto

Editor's Note: I knew Swikar was going to shoot the note hanging where a sign was at Pizza Hut. He did a great job here. By leaving the empty space around the note visible, he made the size of the missing sign crystal-clear. Let's hope they get it back.
