Bull Rapids Road closure scheduled

Bull Rapids Road over Black Creek is scheduled to close southeast of Harlan.

The Allen County Highway Department announced Tuesday that the closure for bridge construction between Notestine and Ward roads will begin Monday and end Sept. 28.
