Bluffton Road section restricted

The Journal Gazette

A section of Bluffton Road between Winters and Ferguson roads will be restricted this week while a crossover pipe is replaced, the Allen County Highway Department has announced.

The section will be reduced to one lane, controlled by flaggers, from 9 a.m. Wednesday through 5 p.m. Friday, the highway department said.
