A Fort Wayne man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Allen Superior Court to voyeurism, admitting to peeping in on women at a tanning salon.
Stephan M. Fox, 32, of the 1600 block of Patriot Drive, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of voyeurism, as well as a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.
He was arrested and charged in February after employees at one of the citys three Studio Tan salons determined he was videotaping patrons. When Allen County sheriffs deputies went to Foxs apartment, he admitted to being at the tanning salon earlier in the day and admitted to videotaping women there before, according to court documents.
When the officer looked at Foxs cell phone, he found multiple videos of women at the salon, according to court documents.
Under the terms of a plea agreement, Fox will be sentenced to two years in prison, with some of the sentence to be suspended and the other time to be served on work release or home detention.
Fox must also undergo an evaluation at Family and Childrens Services, according to court documents.
He will be sentenced next month.
