Air National Guard Airman Kacey L. Johnson has graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.Air National Guard Airman Andrew D. Klopfenstein graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Klopfenstein completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Klopfenstein is the son of Chris Harber of Markle and Doug Klopfenstein of Garrett. He is a 2011 graduate of Homestead High School, Fort Wayne.
